The focus of coaching is to explore your reality, your options and what you're willing to do to achieve your goals. I ask questions, create connections based on what I hear, and we develop solutions to drive you forward.
My role as facilitator is to spark thought, conversation and innovation by acting as a guide throughout the process. Whether it's a meeting, a brainstorming session, or a development workshop, we start with your desired outcomes, and drive action to achieve them.
You need a solution around Learning, Leadership (including emerging leaders, managers, and executives), or Diversity & Inclusion. I design integrated interventions that may include coaching, curriculum design, and/or facilitation using industry best-practices.
